Property is exactly as seen in photos. Comfortable, clean and well appointed. We arrived after dark, check in was easy with no issues also the host was able to accommodate a little later check out for us. The location is convenient with a small market, coffee house and restaurants just down stairs. There is easy access to many areas in downtown Montreal via walking, bus, uber or taxi. We were very comfortable staying here and would absolutely stay again if in Montreal. Thank you Simon!

Beautiful accommodations

My colleague and I stayed here for a conference and found the accommodations to be spacious and well equipped for a long-term stay (especially in the kitchen). Really bright and sunny in all the rooms which was an added bonus.

Lovely property

Propert itself was wonderful, great amenities, host was fantastic. We would choose a different neighborhhod in the future because we are a family with an 11 year old daughter and the neighborhood had sexually explicit advertising/signage/language and clientele. Nothing negative about the property or host.

Simply Wonderful

The stay at this rental was simply wonderful from beginning to end. The host was very accommodating and gave us tips for the stay. If we ever come back to Montreal, we will definitely book here.

Great stay in heart of village

Great location, short metro or bus ride to downtown and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants just steps away. The IGA market was 5 minutes walk and a great selection so highly recommend. The apartment was exactly as listed and has air conditioning which was brilliant as temperature hit 34 degrees one day. I was surprised to see everything was supplied, soap, shampoo, dishwasher powder, paper towels and plenty of cops, glasses and dishes too. I highly recommend as a great base for a trip to see Montreal which is a fantastic town to see. One last highlight, if you are a Formula 1 fan you can go to the Circuit on the metro and walk around the whole track, the 768 bus that you get from the metro actually drives on the circuit so really unique experience and made our trip

Great Deal

We found the apartment clean and as advertised. A slight problem with the check-in process was addressed and fixed immediately. My family found the apartment spacious and cozy. We found the proximity to the Metro to be the greatest advantage of staying here.

Village

Clean, well kept, beautiful apartment. Quick walk to the Berri metro station where several lines meet and to St Denis st where there are a ton of fun restaurants and bars. Access to the apartment was easy.

Loved the Convenient Location

This condo met our expectations of having the Metro and busses easy accessible. It also allowed us to walk to many places. The unit was well-equipped and well supplied. The neighbourhood is vibrant with numerous restaurants. There was some pan-handling but we faced no uncomfortable issues. The breakfast restaurant below had many wonderful choices. One suggestion would be to refurbish the entrance. It does not match the renovated unit. Again, the location was convenient.

Great apartment, Great Location!

The apartment was awesome, very clean, had everything we needed. Richard was amazing, he even walked us down to the subway and showed us how to get to places we wanted to go. Made sure there was coffee and wine. Rooms were all a great size, had Netflix and other programs all set up for us for our down time. Apartment is right off St. Catherine street which brought entertainment and dining only steps away. Only minor point I would have would be the mattresses. one was a bit springy and the other seemed too soft, but I didn't actually sleep in that one - pillows were only ok. But still getting my 5* for everything else.

Amazing property and hosts!

I can't say enough positive things about this place -- and the owners! The pictures do not lie. The property is beautiful and had everything we needed, including up-to-date and well functioning appliances, TV and entertainment options (streaming services and DVDs), and even snacks! The bedrooms were more than sufficient for our family (parents and two boys). And the location is terrific. There are so many dining options nearby, including the breakfast joint next door where we ate each morning and the terrific coffee shop -- also next door -- where we got our caffeine fix. Also within close proximity is a subway station that connects to major parts of the city. The hosts were just as amazing. The made sure the place was clean upon arrival and well stocked with all supplies. But they went above and beyond by welcoming us with a bottle of wine, giving us delicious pastries, and giving us directions and suggestions for where to buy toboggans -- making for a fun-filled night of sledding at Parc-Jean Drapeau! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location!! 15 minute walk to Ild Montreal plus a 5 or 10 minute walk to the metro stations! St Catherine street was pretty much just outside the door. Felt safe walking even later into the evening! Simon was quick to reply anytime I messaged him!! If we ever get a chance to return, we’d try to book here again!!

The property is perfect for a week in Montréal. It is clean, modern and well appointed. There is a pedestrian only street at the corner, with five blocks of shopping and restaurants. There is another pedestrian only street four blocks away. There are at least 50 restaurants within a half mile. It is a 15 minute walk to the river, a 20 minute walk to Old Montréal and a 45 minute walk to Mount Royal. There is a full supermarket two blocks away and another five blocks away. Olympic Park is a 50 minute walk. All of the walking is through safe and beautiful neighborhoods. There are movie theaters, comedy clubs and concert venues within walking distance. We rented a car, and took advantage of the very rare downtown parking space. Next time back, I don’t see the need for a car. Simon was a pleasure to deal with. Check in was easy. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a great base from which to explore Montréal.

Wonderful place in a great location

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It looks exactly like the photos—clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The living room is especially large and comfortable, and both bedrooms had cozy beds. Everything you need is provided, from dishes and towels to shampoo, conditioner, and even some basic seasonings—you can just show up and settle in. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of all the action Montreal has to offer. Old Town is just a pleasant 20-minute walk away, and the metro is nearby if you want to explore further. There are several great breakfast spots and excellent restaurants right around the corner. I’m already thinking about my next trip to Montreal, and I’d absolutely stay here again!

Our stay in this property was amazing! The space was beautiful and spacious. It was in a convenient location for our planned sightseeing, and a few blocks away from a wonderful ice cream shop. The breakfast place downstairs also was great.

Great Two-week Stay

Spacious, functional and very responsive hosts. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to alternate our many nights out at restaurants owned by friends old and new with meals we prepared from great Quebecois products from marches Jean Talon and Atwater. The one issue with a door lock was resolved almost immediately. Would love to return for anther stay.

Always stay here in Montreal

Whenever I am in Montreal, I try to stay in these apartments/condos. There is a 2nd and 3rd floor option and the rooftop terrace is a nice extra. Communication has always been easy. Check-in is as well. Place is always clean. Great host. Highly reccommend.
