Frank helped us out a ton when we got a little lost. He got on the phone with me and helped us out. Place was great too, nice corner view. We were only there for a night but we would head back.

The condo is very open, bright and spacious with comfortable beds and good bathrooms. The parking was very easy right behind in the alley and there was a longer spot that fit our Transit van. It is convenient to many locations and transit with many MANY dining options within walking distance. Note that it is a bit noisy at night but that’s what you’d expect for the location.

Great location on rue St-Denis. Old port was a fairly easy walk about 1mi away. Loved that there is on site parking. There was plenty of room for my family of six. AC helped keep us cool in the summer heat. Host had great communication and checkin was easy. Definitely would stay again on our next visit to Montreal.

Check-in was very easy. The host communicated very well, answering all questions very quickly.This unit “is” a 3rd floor walk up, with 3 flights of stairs to access, free parkCloset space was a minimum, with the primary suite walk-on and one other main closet locked.The entire property is very well updated with flooring, cabinetry, decor, and stainless steel appliances.4 queen sized beds in 3 bedrooms, that offered comfortable mattresses. Clean sheets and light down comforters were warm and cozy, and there were 2 extra blankets in the dressers. 2 full bathrooms offered wonderful flexibility.No rugs in the property - only solid surface flooring.Kitchen accoutrements were adequate, plenty of pots, pans, and skillets, fantastic toaster, single serve coffee machine (Keurig), dinner-ware and glass-ware was ample, cutlery was minimal but adequate, & silverware was a little lacking in the dinner fork category.No Ice-maker in the refrigerator/freezer.The TV is “not” a smart TV. There is a sound-system style floor speaker on a stand, unable to use, so seemingly there as a decoration - kinda random.The bathrooms and kitchen flooring offer in-floor heating - nice! HVAC was very nice, with easy to use thermostat, and kept the property cozy.Rue St. Denis is located exceptionally well for access to the Metro (1-1/2 block easy walk), local parks, and Rue St. Denis offers a fantastic and variety of restaurants and businesses all in easy walking distance.

We were able to walk to many great restaurants on St Denis and St Laurent streets. The condo had everything we needed for a weekend stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Montreal.
