Great house but unfortunate incident

The property was nice and offered several ammenities but we unfortunately were not able to access it right away. Due to an unforseen event our house was not ready so we had to stay at another property for one night. This was very inconvenient having to inpack and pack up the next morning as well as our supplies being delivered to the initial home. Management tried very hard to be accommodating and offered a $100 discount but this in no way made up for the huge inconvenience.
