Great location!

The location was great. It was near everything we were looking to do while we were in Southern California. We were a little disappointed that the listing pictures seemed to be from an earlier time. The pool table and cue sticks were scuffed and the felt was missing from the cue sticks. The couches were worn and the one in the pool table room was stained. Several of the blinds were damaged. The pool and outdoor furniture were perfect! There is a 4th bed that is a blow-up bed. We didn't need it, but just in case you do. The AC/Heat is controlled by a Google Nest and that kept the house very comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to all our questions. We did have a problem with water seeping up from under the tile in one of the bedrooms, but the owner was quick to respond about it. The beds were super comfortable.

Spacious getaway

The property was really spacious, clean, and comfy! It's a good place to stay at and everything was near (ie Disneyland, great food places, etc) The only issue I had was the residential parking due to the fact it may be open, yet you have to have a permit in order to park on the street, but they are no signs that state it; only for street cleaning. Other than that, it was a nice and quiet neighborhood and would book again with this owner and the property!
