Beautiful lower unit steps away from the sand and the fantastic Newport Beach boardwalk. The convenient front patio offers sea and sand views ideal for a summer BBQ. Includes one car parking, shared laundry, remodeled kitchen with a dishwasher, updated flooring and decor.

**Please be aware this unit does not have Air-Conditioning**

General Info:

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.

**All reservations are subject to owner approval**

Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.

Parking: 1 car parking - This unit provides 1 parking spot in shared garage.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.

You may want to bring: Charcoal, laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.

We had a wonderful week in Newport in this unit! Great location! Loved the front porch and Dutch door. Loved having a garage for parking! There's an outdoor shower which is great when coming in from the beach. Great kitchen and open space for hanging out. Be advised there is no AC, which is mostly fine bc of the temperate climate and windows can be open all day. But bc of proximity to alley way, leaving the windows open all night isn't feasible bc it's loud and cars are driving right next to the windows. Thankfully there were fans available in every room. 4 boogie boards and 3 beach chairs available for use, but to be shared with upstairs unit. Bring buckets, umbrella, and additional chairs if needed. Great beach spot!

Great location

This property is in a fantastic location and the property management company was very easy to work with when our flight got delayed and we needed a late check out. They also were great with communications up front so the check in process was smooth.

Relaxing spot in Newport Beach

We loved the location so near the beach. On the edge of all the busy activity on the walkway and beach, but with a view of the ocean. Host was incredibly gracious allowing us an early check-in as one of our group was recovering from surgery prior to our flight back home.

Beach getaway

This location was perfect! Steps from the beach , restaurants and bars. House was clean and had everything you needed. Communication was easy with the property owners. They let us know the house was ready to check in a couple hours early. If you want a beach retreat this place is perfect.

Location was great. The downfall it is right next to an alley where cars were constantly going in and out along with bicycles, etc. There was also construction next-door so at 7 AM sharp we heard construction workers with hammers and tools. I feel like the inside of the house could’ve been a bit cleaner. I dropped something that went underneath one of the beds and it was very dusty and an empty water bottle was underneath.Location was great, but I would not stay here again.

Perfect beach spot!

Location is steps from the beach in one direction, then steps to grocery and food places in the other direction. Short walk to the pier and entertainment. Clean house with more than enough room. Great vacation home for all your needs and wants!

Easy and close to everything

Steps to beach, short walk to grocery store, shops, boardwalk and food options. Easy check in and check out. Early in season but no issues with noise or flies like mentioned previously. Main bedroom was full size bed, it may be listed like that but we assumed it was a queen, that was only negative of trip.

Great staycation!

Perfect location. Close to the beach, grocery and lots of fun restaurants. Place was spacious and clean. We went out for all meals but the big table and kitchen were ideal for family gathering. We will come again :)

Great place, great location

We really enjoyed this house! It is steps to the beach and was clean and spacious! Front door is a Dutch door and has an ocean view. Kitchen is stocked with what is needed, towels provided, access to free laundry as well. Rooms are large and comfortable. The only drawback for me was parking. I drive a large vehicle and it was tricky to get in and out of the garage. Would definitely stay again!

The best family/friends Thanksgiving on the beach

Everything about this place was as advertised. And it helped tremendously that the weather was perfect. It's .3 miles from a supermarket, right next to Sancho's Tacos, next to the beach. The kids loved just going to the sand and playing or even playing in the alley next to the house. Best of all, the kitchen was well stocked and the dining table was big and perfect for us and for being there over Thanksgiving.

Cute house 1 house from the beach. Very nice to be so close! Alley by the house is very noisy esp at night - a lot of loud groups of people and cars with music pass by all night long. For that reason a lone I would not rent this house again - I would find a place that did not have an alley on the side as we did not get any good sleep on the trip. Also, ceiling is "thin" and you can hear those in the unit above walking. Beds were comfortable, management responded with all needs the same day. Kitchen and kitchenware is outdated and needs to be updated to reflect price paid, esp when comparing to other rentals at similar prices. Very nice to have a garage and washer and dryer.

It was a great experience at a great location. Facilities were clean, materials were available. In all directions location is minutes from the beach, to the grocery store, and Sancho’s Taco Shop. My family and I highly recommend this rental.

Nice beach house

I loved the outdoor shower to keep the sand in the house down. I loved the garage space since parking is a nightmare. I loved how close it was to the sand. It was perfect for our family! The front door was hard to open from the outside so we went through the side door more often and the knives were not sharp, so next time I would bring my own.

We had a blast here! The beach is steps away from the property and walking distance to everything. Really enjoyed it! The only complaint I would have would be the endless amount of flies inside the house. Other than that it was a great time!

Incredible Loacation

This was an amazing trip! Staying on 30th and so close to the beach was heaven for me and my kids. Everything was just as advertised. I would only advise people to take more of their own towels cause getting them to dry off in the hot and humid climate doesn't work so well. Not a fault of the property. I would stay here again without fail!

The house is great, and from the patio you can see the beach. The table on the patio needs to be replaced. The noise from upstairs was out of control, loud music till 2am, and stomping of feet so loud. Not the quietest stay we have had in Newport. There is tons of street, car traffic noise from alley ways.

Amazing location

We had a wonderful time at this location! It’s literally a house from the sand which meant a little extra foot traffic but not crazy!! We could walk to everything. The grocery store is a 10 minute walk! Laundry room is upstairs so it was good we had a laundry basket. There was only 4 towels and no wash cloths so I recommend you bring those things. Overall it was one of the best family vacations we have taken!! And we will be back!!!
