Rebuilt in 2023, this split level, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is situated within the Briggs Farm community, "the very center of numerous things to do and places to see." On the first level you will experience an open concept kitchen/living space with sliding doors leading out to a spacious rear deck and outdoor patio with gas BBQ, outdoor shower and lawn for outdoor festivities. The first level also includes 2 full baths, enclosed washer and dryer and 2 bedrooms - one primary with a king size bed, attached bathroom with standing shower and the other with a queen size bed. On the second level you also have 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bath with double sink and bathtub - split level living provides privacy for large and multi-families on those long awesome days at the many beautiful beaches in which this home is centrally located. Narragansett provides beauty and relaxation less than 5 minutes away from attractions including kayaking in Point Judith Pond - spending your days at Narragansett Town Beach, Black Point Trailhead, Scarborough State Beach, Point Judith, Roger Wheeler State Beach, Salty Brine Beach - shopping at Salt Pond Shopping Center - and experiencing Galilee for fine dining and the freshest seafood in Rhode Island.

For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.

The right spot

Our family enjoyed this clean, comfortable home. The location was excellent. Beaches were close, but in the event of bad weather, we had so many things to do that you almost wished for rain. Highly recommend staying here

Nice place. We spent most of our time being busy and really didn’t spend too much time at the house. It was a great location for what we needed. Close to Galilee. Would recommend to anyone, and would rent it again !

To many Ants/bugs in the house

Sunrise Realty was great and VERY responsive! Had pest control there the next day. Unfortunately, it takes time for the chemicals to work so we lived with many, many Ants in ALL rooms of the house (other bugs as well). Ants in the kitchen, in the downstairs bedrooms and upstairs bedroom and all the bathrooms. I was told the renters before us did not mention anything, but we found ant traps all over the house. Really seems like a significant ongoing problem, not one that "just started" when we arrived Would not recommend this house..
