A perfect city retreat or work-from-home base in a vibrant Brooklyn neighborhood within walking distance of amazing parks, bars, coffee shops and restaurants, and a short subway ride from most of Brooklyn and Manhattan.
Upper duplex in a 3 story townhouse.

The entrance level is an open plan living room / dining room / kitchen with incredible natural light, high ceilings, and access to a private deck for morning coffee, and a fenced-in backyard space. This level is equipped with a powder room and a large coat closet.

Upstairs offers two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, full-size washer-dryer, and a separate home office.

The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and large built-in closet, plus en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and remote-controlled skylight.

The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, a smaller closet, and a plush sofa for lounging. The second full bathroom, equipped with a shower over a bathtub, is adjacent to this bedroom

The office sits between the two bedrooms, and is a work-from-home dream with a large desk, ergonomic office chair, widescreen 32" monitor, and a printer / copier / scanner. It enjoys natural light all day via a skylight.

An absolute gem

I enjoyed my time staying in this beautiful place in Bedford-Stuvesant. The house is quiet, clean, and comfortable, with lots of windows and natural light. It is on a tree-lined quiet street, a ten minute walk from two different subway stations, so an easy trip to Manhattan and around Brooklyn. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The hosts are very responsive to all queries, in case anything comes up. Two thumbs up.
