This eclectic space is nestled in a quiet neighborhood of Central Brooklyn, complete with a King size bed, desk, private bathroom, TV/cable, microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee maker and instant hot water kettle for tea lovers. Delight in the architectural details of the late 1800s when the brownstone was built, with the amenities of a chic new renovation. This studio apartment is the perfect getaway.

Beautiful apartment

Tara and Sam’s place looks even better in person than in the photos. The room is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Great place to work from home. Tara and Sam were very friendly and hospitable, neighbors on the block were friendly as well. If you’re looking for a temporary stay in Bed-Stuy, I highly recommend staying here.

incredible month-long stay

The room was very nice and clean. Tara and Sam are friendly, responsive, and caring. There was appliance as the introduction accurately listed. And the hosts also prepared some basic life consumables. I had a great stay at this safe and warm room.

Long term stay for work

I moved into New York for work and had to find a temporary place to stay and Tara’s property was perfect. Before I even booked, Tara was very responsive for all my questions. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the C train. The place was super clean and I felt super safe staying here. Tara and her husband were wonderful hosts. And when I was unsure if I was able to check out in time, she even offered to extend my stay on a weekly basis if I needed to. I would 100% book here again if I need to!

The unit is underground, humid, told them in the first 24 hours and the situation did not improve. Slept nights without a lock in the door. Asked for refund and I am being ignored.

Clean and Comfy.

We had a great time at Tara's place. The Studio was very clean and comfy. The street is very chill and calm. There are two subway stations 10&15min away. We walk late at night around the neighboordhood and everything was good. Tara was great at responding messages always fast and polite. We would definetly stay here again :)

Wonderful stay

Tara's place was exactly as advertised. It's very comfortable and has everything that we needed. Tara was very welcoming, responded quickly to messages, and was gracious in asking whether we had additional needs. The location is excellent--right in the heart of Brooklyn. I would definitely recommend the apartment. Thanks Tara!
