Escape to Gulf Shores where you can relax and unwind in our new, 3-bedroom, 4-bath beach house perfect for family and friends. Our home is located in the highly desired west beach just one mile from the famous Hangout and within minutes of the best restaurants, shops, and attractions that Gulf Shores has to offer! Indulge and splash around in the beautiful community pool or take a short walk across the street to the beach using deeded beach access.

The first level has an open floor plan with an inviting living room equipped with a Smart TV and stocked with games. High speed internet is provided throughout the home. The dining table seats 6 with additional seating for 4 at the bar. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including an ice maker, plenty of cabinet space and is equipped with everything you need to cook a family meal. We’ve added a few extras here for you to include a Keurig (makes single cup and coffee pot servings), toaster, blender, air fryer, crock pot, meat thermometer and bartender kit. Just past the kitchen is a bunk area with two twin bunks and a full bath. The first floor also includes a washer and dryer and balcony seating to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink.

Upstairs you will find a master suite with a Smart TV and ensuite bathroom and two additional large bedrooms each with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom includes linens, a sound machine, closet space with a luggage rack and touch table lamps with USB ports for convenience of charging your phones at night. Each bathroom has a beautiful standing shower and is stocked with towels, a hair dryer and mini shampoo, conditioner and soap. We’ve even provided larger pool towels for your use.
We’ve thought about the kids by including plastic dishes, cups and utensils, Pack n Play, high chair, assortment of games, sand toys and we have a gate on our deck.

Should you want to hang at the house, you can play cornhole and relax in camping chairs while you play. Or when you head to the beach please make use of the beach wagon and beach chairs provided.

West Lagoon Beach House SS is located in the West Lagoon Cottages community directly across the street from the beach. On the property you will find a community pool and gated dedicated beach access a short walk across the street. The deeded beach access is located to the left of the Westwind Condominiums (blue building). You will be provided the code to that gate prior to your arrival. Parking is available underneath the house and will accommodate up to 2-3 vehicles . This unit has an outdoor shower located underneath the house to wash away the sand after a long day at the beach. Trash cans are provided for your convenience, located underneath the house.

Must be 25 to book. This is a new construction community with active construction continuing. Refunds will not be provided for inclement weather, beach closings, etc.

Our Guest Friendly cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your beach vacation with us. If you need to cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date, we refund you 100% of the rent paid. The only fees not refunded to you are the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance, the booking fee. We recommend that each guest purchase Travel Insurance in the event of a sickness or other qualifying trip cancellation.
