Downstairs has extra space for the crew. It contains 2 twin beds and another fun bunk bed with a twin over a double, and another full bath. So, as you can see, lots of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their vacation.
Let's not forget the upstairs balcony! It has an enclosed, screened in patio with a table to sit and enjoy an early morning cup of coffee or a relaxing glass of wine in the evening. Attached to the screened patio is an open sun deck, with lots of Gulf Coast sunshine to soak in! This property has lots to offer you and your crew, so sit back and enjoy!

Gulf Shores Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It is located on a quiet street just a few blocks from the beach. Really easy beach access, no driving/parking needed. Pretty much everywhere you would want to visit in the area is a short drive away. You are able to walk to some of the local attractions if you are willing to walk 10-15 minutes. The neighborhood and surrounding area felt more than safe. The house had plenty of room for a family of seven. Nothing fancy but covered all the basics needed. Home has plenty of parking space. As stated in the description the lower level is not connected to the main level via an interior stairway. You have to walk outside and up the outdoor stairs to access the main living space. This was no problem at all and is probably a bonus if you have teenagers that enjoy a little added privacy. There are 3 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower, so all good there. The only issue I had was the cleaning crew arrived 45 minutes before our time to leave. Parked next to our vehicle in the driveway and waited on us to leave. Actually, started loading supplies onto the front porch while I still had one person left inside. They could have easily waited elsewhere and come back when we were gone. Just an unnecessary annoyance!

Great Location

Great location. Plenty of Space. Glad we didn’t use the downstairs (unattached to upstairs)room it was moldy smelling. Sometimes difficult to sleep because neighboring houses had outside lights on all night. Good communication with managers.
