“Bikini Bottom West” is a DOG FRIENDLY* 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 1360 sq. ft. duplex located in Gulf Shores, Alabama, just one block from the beach!

Adequate Parking for 4 vehicles. No parking passes required.

***DOG fee is $250 and max weight of dog allowed is 40 pounds. Dog fee is not included in the total. You will need to let us know after reserving that you are bringing a dog so the fee can be added.**

The main level offers a cozy living area with new sleeper sofa, love seat, coffee table and coastal décor. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, & plates & glassware you'll need to make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation. Upstairs you will find the Master Bedroom with a King size bed, closet, private bathroom, and a private balcony with a view of the lagoon. The Middle Bedroom has a Queen size bed and shares the hall bathroom. The Rear Guest Bedroom has a King Bed, Closet, and a private south facing balcony. This duplex is dog friendly with payment of a non-refundable $250 dog deposit which covers the extra cleaning required due to dog hair.

Large party? You can rent both sides of this duplex. Each side sleeps 14 for a total of 28 if you rent the entire duplex.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: 4 vehicles max. No passes required. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Bare minimum
This rental property was stocked with the absolute barest minimum linens….nothing but sheets on the beds with no extra blankets in closets. We were constantly freezing. The dishwasher is nonfunctional and many other kitchen appliances should be retired or replaced. Pool was great and plenty of towels provided. We were given the wrong entry code upon arrival which delayed our entrance. Overall nothing lavish, but good deal for the money.

Not the same house from the pictures
Some stuff were broken we took pictures just in case. That pool have some lights but that time we were there it was dark and I try to contact them and they said they had problems getting in touch with the HOA. When we arrive the place looked dirty and old it doesn’t looks like the house in the picture.

Good location, some broken appliances
Beach house was clean and comfortable, however, we encountered 3 problems during the trip: 1. The dishwasher was broken and would not turn on or respond to any button-pushing 2. The oven was broken. This oven's manual came with the property, however none of the instructions therein worked. We attempted to troubleshoot the oven by texting it's customer service but that did not work either, as we did not have any codes for them to re-set it for us. The customer support advised us to trip the breaker of the home to re-set it. Rather than upset the tenants on the other side of the house or risk further electrical weirdness, we simply didn't do that and went without use of the oven - an issue as we had brought food that needed to bake. 3. The refrigerator was on its coldest setting when we arrived but did not thoroughly chill any food or beverages we brought. Other than that the space was roomy, clean, and adequate.

Comfortable Stay
Close to everything. Walk to the beach in 10-15 minutes. Or free parking an two minute walk to beach down the street. Everyone slept comfortably. The decks an pool were great.
