Our beautiful 5 Bedroom, 3 Bath Gulf Shores Vacation Rental beach house provides a great getaway. Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better (value of up to $700/day). **Not available for Jan/Feb longer-term rentals.

Sorry! NO COLLEGE GROUPS. Please note we are unable to rent to groups under the age of 25. Maximum of 12 adults.

Yes, we really do have both Gulf beach access across the street (about 200 yds away) and a Pier on Little Lagoon to fish or dock your small boat or jet skis right behind the house! Southern Breeze is great place for a family get-together. We love for families to come enjoy our house.

*Main Floor w/ King Master plus a Twin Daybed & Trundle and 2nd Queen Bedroom, 2 Full Baths, Living Room, Dining Area & Kitchen, Laundry w/ big Frontload Washer & Dryer. Opens to big Lagoon-Front Porch with Outdoor Dining Table, Swing, Chairs.

*Upstairs 3 more bedrooms (a Queen, a Pair of Queens, a Double), a Full Bath & a Family Room w/ Queen Sleeper Sofa. There is also a Lagoon-Front Deck on this Level.

*Large Shaded Area under the house with Chairs, a Picnic Table and a Weber Grill. You are welcome to borrow whatever chairs, beach carts, crab traps, etc you find in our storage room.

*Shared Pier with Boat Slips, Neighborhood Boat Launch.

Southern Breeze is ideal for two families to share or just to give the kids some space of their own with the Upstairs Family Room.

We have WIFI, and TVs in the Living Room, both main floor bedrooms, and the Upstairs Family Room.

Southern Breeze is located in West Beach at Lagoon Pass on a cul de sac across the street from Gulf Shores sugar-white beach and Directly On Little Lagoon. This house has a Pier Behind the House and a Neighborhood Boat Launch plus Deeded Beach Access and Beautiful Sunset Views--a great combination. Fish or Crab From The Back Yard or a block over along Lagoon Pass where the Gulf enters Little Lagoon, a 9-mile salt water lagoon that is home to good fishing and many herons and pelicans. This section of West Beach is only houses so the beach is not crowded but you are only 3 miles from Hwy 59.

Gulf Shores offers sugar white beaches and a wide range of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. There is a Major Outlet Mall 10 miles north in Foley. There are several amusement parks, mini-golf, many good golf courses, a zoo, a large wildlife preserve and a historic fort.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had nothing but great things to say out our stay at Southern Breeze! Plenty of space for our group of 14. Very convenient beach access and 5 minutes from shopping and activities. The lagoon was a tremendous bonus. My nephew caught a huge fish and the entire area was talking about it and came to chat. Very friendly area. The house itself was beautiful and beach decor added to our experience of staying in Gulf Shores. We plan to come back in the future!! ♥️ loved our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When renting in Gulf Shores, our top considerations are: Is it pet-friendly? Located west of bridge? Are there bedrooms enough for occasional guests? SOUTHERN BREEZE covered all the bases PLUS being on the lagoon and only across the road from the beach, gave multiple options for fishing, best of both worlds. Our dogs loved to run down the pier, and back for exercise! We found the home clean, a pleasant neutral color theme, the area quiet and the few issues we had were immediately addressed by friendly and competent staff. We currently plan to return next year ourselves and would readily recommend SOUTHERN BREEZE to anyone considering a visit to the area!

Gulf Shores 2023

The house is just like the pictures. We just had a few of the same complaints from all of the members of our group. The beds need new mattresses you can tell they are old, and we all woke up with our backs and body hurting. The couches and rug in the main living room need to be cleaned. It would be nice to have more lighting on the dock. Other than that our group had a wonderful time.

Why they chose this property

This is the house where we want to retire! We love having the Lagoon right in the backyard. We love to catch fish or crab for dinner, bring a boat and keep it right behind the house, float on a raft in the gentle lapping water, or walk a few hundred feet over to the gorgeous stretch of Gulf Coast beach. And we now take care of some of our neighbor's vacation rentals as well in case you need several houses together.

It is a wonderful, quiet cul de sac with nice neighbors and wonderful views.

What makes this property unique

We love the 3 levels of porches and great fishing. You can bring a boat or jet skis and launch at the boat launch, dock behind the house. For our children and their cousins, the upstairs family room provides them with them with their own space to gather, when we finally get them in from collecting hermit crabs or fishing on the pier!
