The house was good. There was an issue with the furnace fan not working correctly. Took a couple of days to resolve it but it was Easter weekend and it did get fixed. Francis, the property manager was good at keeping us updated on the repair. Property is a bit dated, could use some updating and TLC but overall served our needs.

Great stay in Wichita.

This house was perfect for our trip. We had plenty of room for all of the kids and adults (eleven in all). The pack and play was a nice extra for the baby in the group. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby, which is very nice. The neighborhood is calm and quiet.

Unfortunately, this property did not meet our expectations. Prior to arrival, I reached out to the host with a question and never received a response. After additional effort, I was able to contact an associate by text, who eventually obtained the information I needed. The lack of communication and responsiveness was concerning from the start.The property’s condition was disappointing and did not reflect the listing photos. Upon arrival, the exterior appeared poorly maintained, with overgrown landscaping, little to no grass, muddy areas, and significant cobwebs and dirt around the entryway and front door.Inside, the home appeared only superficially cleaned. While surfaces may have been wiped down, there was noticeable dust, dirt, spiders, and bugs throughout the property. It was clear that a thorough deep cleaning had not been performed.Because we had no practical alternative accommodations, we completed most of our stay but chose to check out a day early. I also contacted the management company regarding my concerns and received no response until I informed them that we were leaving early.Based on our experience, I would not stay at this property again and would recommend that future guests consider other options.
