This pretty modern home is equipped with a spacious living room and cozy fireplace, designated office with high speed internet plus modem, nice fully equipped kitchen with large white quartz countertops, stainless steel fridge, washer, dryer and spacious breakfast nook with walls of windows with view to the patio and fenced backyard. Upstairs with spacious Primary bedroom, King size bed, blackout curtains for a perfect good night sleep, large walk in closet, ensuite bath, second bedroom with queen size bed sharing a full bath with shower with the 3rd bedroom equipped with trundle bed which sleeps 2. Approximately 15 mn to DFW airport, convenient to 3 major highways, hospitals and parks.
