Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, backyard, driveway, and all amenities during their stay. Self-check-in is available for convenience and flexibility.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the peaceful countryside just outside town near Fort Bragg, on the north side of Fayetteville. The unit is a private house situated on a 3 acre property, with Sandhills Mushroom Farm located toward the back. Neighboring homes are not visible thanks to the surrounding pine trees from the neighboring tree farm.
Although the property is conveniently located just off the highway, it feels quiet and secluded, with year-round tree-lined privacy. Shopping, dining, and everyday essentials are only 5-10 minutes away.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended for getting around. The front carport accommodates parking for up to 4 vehicles.
Other Things to Note:
Ideal for military travelers, professionals, event guests, and those passing through Fayetteville.
Accessibility Note:
The home includes a wheelchair ramp and an oversized bathroom for added comfort and mobility support. However, it does not meet all ADA requirements.
Shared Property Awareness:
The driveway is used to access two small businesses on the backside of the property:
You may occasionally see 2–5 vehicles per day using the driveway to access those areas beyond the home.
RV Rental Behind Home:
A separate RV rental is located behind the fenced yard on property.
The parking space directly beside the RV is reserved for that unit.
Your private space includes the house, driveway, fenced yard, and outdoor play area.
Trash Pickup:
Trash cans are located near the Airbnb sign by the fence.
Please roll them to the left side of the driveway (facing the highway) by:
Wednesday night as pickup is typically early on Thursday morning.
Heating & Cooling
A/C:
The home has central A/C. Please leave the thermostat set to 68–70°F year-round for proper system function.
During the hottest summer months (June–August), we can provide a portable A/C upon request.
Pets Welcome (2 Max):
$65 pet fee per pet is included in rental price so please disclose if you have any pets before check-in.
Emotional Support Animals must be disclosed before check-in.
Excessive odors or damages requiring special cleaning (including ozone treatment) may result in additional charges.
The front yard is close to the highway, so pets must be supervised or secured (invisible fences are not provided) if in front yard.

Security cameras are located at the driveway and entrances.
Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
