Casa ampla e com boa localização

A casa é ampla e confortável. A parte externa da casa é muito agradável, a piscina é ótima. A localização é boa também, fica em uma esquina na quadra anterior à praia. Um ponto positivo foi a comunicação com a proprietária. Tivemos problemas com a geladeira e ela mandou um técnico para resolver.

Estive neste feriado de carnaval na casa, condiz totalmente com a descrição (ou até melhor) casa ampla, muito arejada, iluminação perfeita, imóvel muito bem cuidado, tivemos assistência diária pelo caseiro e pelo jardineiro (lindo jardins diga-se de passagem), excelente assistência por parte da proprietária , minha família adorou!!!! "a casa é completa, de moveis a utensílios" .

Excelente casa!

A realidade da casa consegue ser melhor do que a descrição e as fotos do anúncio no site. Durante toda a hospedagem, a proprietária deu todo o suporte e demonstrou preocupação em nos dar uma excelente estadia. Recebemos o imóvel em ótimo estado de limpeza e manutenção. Não tivemos problemas. A região é ideal para veraneio, com praia belissíma e região sossegada. Não há muitas opções de restaurantes, farmácia e supermercados próximo da casa (cerca de 20 km de Ilhéus), e pelo padrão da casa, merecia ar condicionado em todos os quartos (a proprietária ficou de colocar no decorrer do ano de 2016). Mas é a única coisa que ficou um pouco a desejar, porém havia ventiladores de teto e ventiladores avulsos em todos os quartos, e dentro do condomínio há 2 mercados que vende de tudo. Voltarei em breve!

ótimos dias

Foram ótimos os dias que passamos na casa. A casa é excelente, super funcional, espaçosa, agradável e de muito bom gosto. Sentimos falta apenas de ar condicionado nos demais quartos. O atendimento da proprietária é sem igual, antes, durante e pós temporada. Ela é super atenciosa e não nos desampara. A casa estava conforme vimos nas fotos e segundo os outros que estavam comigo, "Ela é até mais bonita do que nas fotos"... Super indico!!!!!!
