It is the perfect place to relax on a large 450 sq ft balcony furnished with comfortable outdoor dining and lounging furniture. The condo complex includes a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, 5 tennis courts, private beach, board walks, and a large fishing pier with gazebo. Enjoy a 5 minute drive to town or Gosman's Dock, with a short walk to Duryea's, Navy Beach, and the LIRR.
