Newly updated modern, one bed/one bath corner unit in a fantastic private beachfront community overlooking Fort Pond Bay. View nightly sunsets from our own large deck furnished with comfortable outdoor dining and lounging furniture. The condo complex includes a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, 5 tennis courts, private beach, board walks, and impressive fishing pier with gazebo. Ideal location in walking distance from the train, short bike or 2 minute car ride into town or shopping at Gosman’s Dock, and within walking distance to some of Montauk’s best restaurants and bars which include Navy Beach, Surf Lodge, Duryea’s, and Montauket.

We offer a 10% discount for Weekly (7 night minimum stay) and 15% discount for Monthly (28 night minimum stay) bookings.

Great for couples or single family (kids welcome). Adults 30+ years old preferred. This corner unit has a blend of privacy and convenience with amazing views of Navy Beach. Large 400 sq ft deck, fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. There is a queen sized bed with twin pullout trundle in the bedroom, and large easy-pullout king sized couch in the main living area.

Laundry facility is located at pool house, there is a gated entrance, WiFi, Cable, 65in Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, and plenty of parking at the condo’s front door which is included.

No pets, no smoking, no large parties greater than 4. Only responsible individuals welcomed as this is a quiet, private, and respectful beach front community.

Great vacation

We had a great stay at this place! We have two young kids (2yr and 4 mo) and the set up of this place worked out well for us! Quick walk to the bay side beach and the pool. Also a quick drive into town to go to the ocean beach (plenty of street parking during the week).

Beautiful condo. Near town but not too close. Pool is lovely. Beach is literally at your doorstep. The condo itself has everything you need for your stay. Plenty of towels and lots of bedding options. My granddaughters loved all the games and puzzles. Would definitely recommend grilling on the beach one night and you will never see a prettier sunset!!!

Quiet Memorial Day Weekend Escape

Loved our Memorial Day weekend escape here. Although the temperature was too cool for beach or swimming, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The place was so inviting; We loved the deck in early morning hours or late into evening. Deborah was so accommodating and helpful with whatever we asked help on. Wonderful week, wonderful host

This is the third summer that my husband and I have visited Montauk and it was, by far, our best week. Debra was an amazing, gracious host who clearly wants the best for her guests. The condo lived up to our expectations, and the adjoining grounds offered some beautiful views of the sunset. The complex is well situated and an easy walk into town. We would definitely come back!

We had a great weekend at Debra's condo. The condo is stocked with all the beach essentials and is beautifully decorated with modern hotel like touches. A perfect quiet spot to relax

The property was lovely and well-equipped, with gorgeous views over a peaceful bay. Big deck for hanging out in the evenings. Nearby fishing dock for our kid was a huge bonus. Minutes away from Montauk stores, restaurants and ocean-side public beach. Harbor very close as well - more good restaurants and ice cream. What more could you want?! Host was super-responsive and friendly. Would love to come back.

Wonderful weekend getaway

My husband, 9yo son, and I just got back from a wonderful weekend getaway at this property. The communication and check-in process were simple and easy, the condo was well appointed with everything we needed, and the location was serene. We watched the sunsets each night and enjoyed the beautiful mornings from the large balcony. The host was fantastic and the size of the space was very comfortable. Wonderful stay in Montauk!

We had a wonderful stay at Debra and Blake’s condo! This was our 1st beach vacation with our baby and we had the best time. The condo is perfect for a couple or small family. It’s very comfortable, spacious, and has everything you can imagine for a great trip to Montauk. The deck outside is a huge bonus with beautiful views, especially at sunset. Good location too with easy walking distance to many restaurants. Debra and Blake were wonderful host. Very responsive and want their guests to have a great and easy vacation! Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Montauk memories

Our family of three had a lovely stay at Debra’s home in Montauk. The photos are great but the apartment is even nicer in person, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water and a roomy living space. It was close to several great waterfront restaurants and every night we watched the sunset from the large deck. Our 4yo daughter loved the community pool and swam every afternoon. We can’t wait to stay again next year.

Beautiful apartment with great view

My partner and I booked a long weekend in November to get out of the city. This apartment exceeded our expectations! The home was very clean, beautifully decorated and had every amenity that you could want. The private deck off the apartment was huge with great seating options - we got to see a lot of wildlife. The host was also very responsive and checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. She was super kind, and we will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone that is visiting Montauk!! It's a gem.

Great stay in Montauk

Debra, the owner was a treasure to work with, she a/was helpful and super accommodating. The apartment was spotless clean, very nicely decorated and the overall condo grounds are also very nice and well maintained. We loved the tennis courts and the pool. You have 2 of the nicest restaurants in Montauk just a short beach walk away and the train station is right behind the condo so we could easily get there even without a car. the terrace is very nice and a great view. for the kids, they provided super soft foam mattresses which proved great and a lot more comfortable than any traditional sofa bed. great idea! We love Montauk and look forwrad to the opportunity to go back!
