Wonderful, well-appointed home! Stayed with family including kids. Bright, spacious and clean with unbelievable outdoor space and fun games for kids in the basement. Gorgeous view from the deck and convenient location. Would absolutely stay here again!

We were in Montauk for a family wedding and this home fit our family of 8 (adults) perfectly. The home was equipped with everything we needed. The lower level game room area was a big hit with everyone. Rony was a wonderful host, very easy to work with and was always quick on the response with any questions or concerns we had. Overall a great time and great experience.

We had a wonderful time at Rony's beautiful home!! Everything was well-appointed and well-stocked and in great working order. There were so many common areas of the home to hang out in. My husband especially loved the arcade games in the basement and my toddler loved the swing set in the yard. The deck areas are huge and perfect for sunbathing if you don't make it out to the beach on any day. Our stay was so comfortable and enjoyable and we can't wait to return!

We had the best time during our stay here. The location can't be beat, right near town and walking distance to the beach. The outdoor spaces are wonderful, big decks and an outdoor shower. I think this was one of the most well stocked houses I've ever stayed in- full kitchen stocked with everything you need, games, extra hangers, sheets etc. we would love to come back soon. Thank you so much Ron for a wonderful stay!

All Went exactly as hoped for. Except for the issue that the weekend garbage pick up never happened… and the can was overflowing full of the prior occupants garbage That the wildlife would get into and spread across the yard each night

Amazing

Such an amazing stay at the Serene Saltbox. The location was amazing - a walk intro town or the town beach. And it’s set back from the road in a quiet neighborhood. Loved our time there.

Perfect summer house

We had such an amazing time staying in this beautiful home! Such a convenient location, 10 min walk to the town and beach so we never needed a car. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Montauk!

Great House and Location!

This house was great! The setup within the house was perfect (rooms on first floor and living room / kitchen on top). Whether your with friends or family with kids the house did not disappoint. It aas also a good distance from town so we were able to walk if needed. Another plus was all the outdoor space for hanging out and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay

What a wonderful home. My family just enjoyed a week here and it was a fantastic experience. Plenty of amenities for our young kids and the new swing set was a hit. The views from the top deck were spectacular and we enjoyed eating out there. Great experience with the hosts. Beautiful home inside and out. We look forward to renting again in the future!

Perfect Montauk getaway!

This property was the perfect place for our long holiday weekend in Montauk. The hosts are very responsive, easy to work with, and clear with guest expectations. The home was pristine and fully stocked with anything we needed to make our stay comfortable, including kitchen supplies. Better in person than in the photos! We hope to return in the future!

Great property for a family with kids

Location: The house is close to the center of town - we walked there several times and it is an easy walk. The outdoor space: the house has a great flat backyard - suitable for games as well as a swing set for smaller children. 2 decks - one with outdoor table, gas fire table and grill and comfortable outdoor furniture so that the guests can maximize being outdoors (you can hear the road but it is not terrible) Top floor: open layout with kitchen and family/dining are - full of window - very light and inviting space, comfy sofas.... We appreciated that the kitchen had basic staples and spices so we did not have to run to the store to get salt or sugar or vinegar.... Dishes were of good quality and kitchen equipped well for cooking while on vacation. Dowstairs: 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds - 2 full bathrooms on the 1st floor (and one 1/2 bath on the 2nd floor) and that is why I think the house will work great for families with kids rather than grown ups. The house has decent beach chairs and umbrellas. Everything was as described in the listing.

We loved our stay in Montauk at Rony’s wonderful home. The living room was so comfortable for our family to gather in and the out door deck is where we lived. Those were my two most important needs. It also has a pretty view and is so centrally located. We often walked to town. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a minor problem with the a/c and Rony had it fixed quickly. He was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay in this lovely hame again.
