The house was perfect for our family. Kids loved he bunk beds and outdoor shower and the house had some many perfect little touches. Very family friendly house and neighborhood. A bit of a walkTo the beach due to being on a dead end road but still very walkable. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome MTK Beach House!

My friends & I had an awesome stay at this Ditch Plains house. The house was super welcoming and family oriented. Everything was modern, clean, & accessible. The location was amazing & super close to the beach. Special shoutout to the bunk bedroom - truly brought back childhood memories! Thank you for an awesome MTK Beach House stay!

Great stay in Montauk

We had a great time in Montauk. Mark & Julie were super nice and responsive. The property is perfectly located in Ditch Plains, on a quiet dead-end street, very close to the beach. The house is newly renovated and really well appointed, everything was clean and pretty much brand new. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and all things needed. Comfortable beds and nice bedding. The bunkbed room is great, and kids loved sharing the space. Great outdoor deck with table and a small seating area and grill. We'd love to go back for sure!

Our stay at Ditch Plains (Casa Duval) in Montauk was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculate the house was. It was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay.The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach and town . The photos truly do not do this property justice; it is even more beautiful in person.The owner was incredibly attentive, responsive, and always got back to us right away whenever we had a question. It’s clear they take great pride in making sure their guests have an amazing experience.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for the perfect Montauk getaway!
