Altogether there are 7 bathrooms. equipped kitchen, laundry, dining room, living room, large balcony with amazing views. leisure area with barbecue, zen pergola, pool table, and an infinity pool where you can soak up the sun looking at the ocean.
The house is very light and airy, recently decorated, is in great condition. It is located on the slope of the beach Maranduba, surrounded by green area, with access to the sea via the stairs, where you can take a refreshing bath. Access to the house is by a dirt road about 1 km climb, featuring the natural preservation of the neighborhood for its residents.
Within 5 minutes drive you will find all the structure that needs markets, shops, gas stations, pharmacies, greengrocers, fishmongers, etc ...
