It is located on the slope of the beach Maranduba, surrounded by green area, with access to the sea via the stairs, where you can take a refreshing bath. Access to the house is by a dirt road about 1 km climb, featuring the natural preservation of the neighborhood for its residents.
Within 5 minutes drive you will find all the structure that needs markets, shops, gas stations, pharmacies, greengrocers, fishmongers, etc ...
