The Canoe House on Crabapple welcomes you to this Mid-Century Modern home w/ 76 Feet of private lake front! Quiet lake- electric motors only- great for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaks & canoeing (all provided). Dock allows for fishing in stocked lake or swimming. Beach for kids to wade out! Huge view from deck with BBQ & outdoor dining table. Fire pit w/ provided wood. Family friendly w/ hammocks, loungers, swings, "canoe playground" & toys. Convenient to amenities. No parties or smoking.
The space
Main level features open kitchen, dining and living room. Powder room and primary bedroom (king bed) with attached full bathroom
Lower level features 3 bedrooms (2 king beds and then bunk room - two sets of double (full) bunk beds). Full bathroom. Second kitchen with small oven, microwave and full size fridge/freezer. Coffee bar. Rec room with game table and provided games. Full bathroom.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to entire home and outdoor areas.
Garage is not available. Inside fireplace not for guest use.
Other things to note
No parties. Neighbors properties are close on each side and lake is a quiet retreat. No smoking inside home, on any deck, parking area. Only outdoor space where smoking is ok is at outdoor fire pit. All windows and doors must be shut. If any smoking is detected on property/home is found there is a $10000 fine.
