Picturesque, pet friendly, mountainside hot tub get away. Located in farm country. Close to hiking, dining, shopping, swimming, kayaking and skiing. Surrounded by the shore. 2 miles to the beach on the North West side and 5 miles to the beach on the South East side. 10 miles to restaurants and stores, 17 miles to Cannon Mountain Ski Resort , only 25 miles to Loon Mountain, 45 miles to Benton Woods.
Lots of room to relax in, gather with family & friends or explore nature from the backyard. Situated on 3.75 open and wooded acres, great for exploring. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom which can easily accommodate up to 6 people. The house includes a cooks (happy place) Kitchen, Large Bar and Spacious living room. Complete with a fireplace & direct access to a huge walk out deck with breathtaking views of the woods and the pond. Our house is handicapped accessible. The main entrance has a handicapped ramp (there is one step up from the top of the deck to the entrance) The bathroom has handrails in the shower. The rooms and hallway are large enough to accommodate wheelchair’s or scooter’s.
Our spacious 1600sq ft. house has a master bedroom with walk in closet and Queen size bed. An antique room with 2 twin beds, vanity, bureau, closet and views of the backyard and apple orchard. A game room with a queen bed, desk, computer, board games, dresser, closet and views of the deck and back woods.
The kitchen is large and very open with an island for guests to sit at. It includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric range, pots, pans and cooking utensils. The living room has a beautiful brick fireplace, 40” tv, couch, 1- recliner/ rocking chair, 1-recliner, tea table and access to the oversized back deck. The deck over looks the open field, wooded back drop, pond, apple orchard and our oversized fire pit. Below the deck is our relaxing 4 person, all season hot tub. We have a variety of wild animals on the property. This is a refuge of sorts for them. We do not allow hunting, trapping or killing of any animals. Photos however are encouraged. Our rich scenic property, has played host to several weddings and family holiday get togethers.
