Cute Lake Themed InLaw Suite with Trails in Peaceful Setting
Centrally located between Tampa and Orlando - Just off Interstate 4. My home is located in a Quiet Gated Upscale Neighborhood that offers 2.5 miles of walking trails around lakes and conservation. A Playground, Backyard fishing, bring your Kayak or Canoe and get out on the lake to watch all the natural wildlife. Separate Entrance, Outdoor Patio with Propane grill - Fridge, Coffee Maker, Air-Fryer/Convection oven combo and microwave.

Originally from Maryland, moved to Florida at the age of 14 and never looked back. This space was built onto the home originally to host my mother and mother in law. Now we rent it out when not being used by family and friends.
