This 1,750 sq. ft. bungalow offers the following:

- 3 bedrooms (King bed upstairs, Queen bed and Full futon on the main floor)

- 2 full bathrooms (ornate bathtub without a shower upstairs, shower/bathtub combination on main floor)

- a full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, waffle maker, Crockpot and plenty of utensils, plates and bowls

- a living room and dining area

- partial basement access including a laundry room

- a large, fully-fenced backyard with beautifully-maintained flower gardens

- an expansive deck with outdoor furniture including a full outdoor dining table

Will stay here again

This was our first time in Seattle and we are so glad we found this lovely house to stay at. The host was informative, responsive and provided a great house for our family. It was clean, good amenities and a good location to access public transportation or jump on a major roadway to get around. The host really made sure that a renter would have everything they need for a stay. Beds and pillows were comfortable, large back deck to enjoy and even a front porch bench to enjoy your morning coffee on. We would definitely stay here again!
