We stayed in this property over 4th of July week in 2026 while attending baseball tournament. The rooms are spacious, and the property met our needs. The large pavilion at the 10-bedroom house was particularly nice. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool and ample play area in both houses. The split into 2 houses has pros and cons but was fully understood when we booked. The location is a solid 18-25 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Unfortunately, we did have an issue with the A/C. At check in, the temperature in the house was in the 80's, and did not cool down for an entire day. We lowered all A/C's but did not learn for hours (after several frustrating messages where the owner refused to communicate by phone, leaving gaps between responses) that the systems were being controlled remotely in a way that forced a reset back to much higher than acceptable levels. Only on learning this and raising the issue was the setting removed and the property allowed to cool. The issue did not repeat itself, but the initial response was totally inadequate on an extremely hot day with 30 people wondering whether they would have to move to a hotel because the rental was unacceptably hot. The indoor pool area was like a sauna. Comically hot. It was particularly irritating that the issue was caused by an owner setting while we were told to be patient. Ultimately, our group had a good time and the house was adequate to our needs though not what we expected for the premium price.
I rent both properties to host a 25 person event. Both houses were well equipped and clean. Ample space for my guests and lots to do in the area. The host is friendly and responsive
