Presenting "Ravens Point." A thoughtfully designed private residence, built to capture the stunning panoramic views of Sedona's red rocks in uptown, West Sedona and the Chapel area.
A preferred location in West Sedona that is less than a minute away from the main drag on route AZ-89 which offers fine dining, art galleries, jeep/ATV rentals, designer thrift stores, and more with easy parking. West Sedona gives you the best of all worlds; convenience without hassles of Uptown traffic!

Per HOA CC&R's, 30 day minimum rentals are required.

This home offers a vast, open floor living room concept that overlooks West Sedona's red rocks. The dining area seats up to 10 people and has stunning views of uptown and red rocks to the north. The house offers 3 sleeping rooms and a Den that can be used as an office and also has a king bed sleeper sofa (VERY COMFY).

The house is also equipped with 3 FULL bathrooms, a back deck with fire feature, outside dining table, bbq grill, and a brand new hot tub. The west part of the house has a wrap round deck that can be used for sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying a cocktail while taking in a sunset!
