《As basic information on this room》
-Full-Furnished with:
One Queen size bed, sofa(sofa bed),coffee table, desk, chair, , AC.

-Kitchenware：
Only Dishes, Glasses, Silver, Portable oven toaster, Electric coffee maker.
There are Just above, there is NO stove, microwave, electric kettle etc.

-Bath amenities:
Bath towel(one@guest), Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap, Toilet paper, Hair dryer.
*No tooth blush, hair brush, shaver etc.
*We don't change your towel, bed sheets during your stay.

If you stay longer than 14nights, 2 towels are provided to each guest.
If you stay 13 nights or shorter, 1 towel is provided to each guest

-Private room:
This studio room is perfectly for you. You don't need to share bath room kitchen space with other guests in your room.

【Other Very Important Notes before booking】
＊This room is NOT HOTEL＊
This building is Hotel&Condo. HOWEVER, This room does NOT belong to hotel. Just as the condominium room. So there is no hotel service like daily clean, leaving your luggages, security guard etc.

If guests expect a fancy, gorgeous building to stay like hotel, this condominium is difficult to meet your expectations.
Also, I ask to check below.
・Quiet hour begins at 10:00pm in Honolulu. I would like cooperation for the neighborhood.
・No party, No Smoking, No Drugs
・When the building management order to enter the room by any reasons for leaking fixing, suspicion of breaking building rules, pest control etc. , we and people concerned need to enter your room even during your stay period.


＊＊This room is FACING TO MAIN STREET, Kalakaua Ave＊＊
Many cars pass the main street, Kalakaua Ave.
So if you are sensitive about it, this room may not be good for you.


《About Check-in》
This condominium prohibits to put a key box. So guests can not do self check in.
I or my support host directly give you keys on your check-in .
I set check in time between 4:00pm to 11:00pm.
We have to decide your check-in time after your reservation.

《We need to ask 2 info at the time of check-in》
-Names and phone number of all guest who will be styaing
-Emergency contact info (Name of the person & phone number)
It is because this building management request those and building uses it for building safety purpose.
This info is not for us.

≪Early Check-in Fee & Late check-out≫
Our early check-in service available from 12:30pm
Early check-in fee is $30+Tax

Late Check-out
until 12:30pm, late check out fee is $30+Tax
until 2:30pm, late check out fee is $60+Tax
after 2:30pm, late check out fee is 1 night fee

＊You may not able to do early check-in and late check-out because of prior or next guests.
So If early check-in or late check-out is important for you to make a reservation, please be sure to ask me if they are possible at first before sending your request.
