Pool and backyard area is very private and inviting! Enjoy the waterfall sights and sounds throughout the day, and swim in the large pool surrounded by palms! More than just a soaking pool as it is deep and large enough for great swimming- but has a bench on the side if you want to just sit! All three bedrooms are extra large with king beds for comfort! The kitchen is well equipped for your stay, and the furniture is inviting! Tv's in every bedroom and family room; perfect for streaming your favorite programs or shows! We are just minutes from the Riviera Boat ramp, London Bridge, and Rotary Park on the lake! Like to hike? Sara Park is just under 4 miles away! Easy to difficult trails! There is a wonderful grocery store just down the street, and it's a direct path to the downtown area where you will find lots of restaurants, bars, and entertainment! We have lots of parking available, and if necessary, you can park in front of our home as well. Lake Havasu has so much to offer ~ good food~ lots of water activities~ fun bars~ hiking~ and more! The only thing our home is missing is you!
