This splendid family-friendly home enjoys a private enclosed backyard with a beautiful in-ground pool, perfect for relaxing on a hot summer day! The backyard also includes a beautiful lawn, a giant tree with plenty of shade, and a massive playground for the kiddos! Let the kids play and have the time of their lives while you keep an eye on them from the comfort of the lounge area on the patio. Outside you can also find a gas grill that would be ideal for summertime cookouts.

As you enter this air-conditioned retreat, you will discover a welcoming living room furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs and a large smart TV where you can stream your favorite series and shows during your stay. This is a great spot to unwind with your loved ones and create everlasting memories. There is a window that connects this space with the eat-in kitchen. The kitchen has been fully appointed with all the essentials, including modern stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, another smart TV, and a gorgeous sparkling dining table in the center.

The main floor includes three well-appointed bedrooms and a stacked washer/dryer in the hallway. The primary suite enjoys a smart TV, an en suite bath, and access to the backyard. On the second level, you will find another primary bedroom with an en suite bath, a walk-in closet, and a smart TV.

THINGS TO KNOW
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
