This very nice illuminated two bedrooms duplex rooftop flat, it is very well located in Pinheiros area, surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops and design shops. Walking distance to Vila Madalena but located at a quiet street. Easy access to Oscar Freire and Jardins area as well as shopping malls (Iguatemi and Eldorado).
Recently fully renovated, wooden floors and renting with all furniture. All apartment has lighting project including dimmer and spots. First floor offers living-dining area with a small sofa, coffee table, dining table for 6 people and balcony. Master suite with queen bed, big walk-in closet, small balcony and in bathroom. Second room with single bed (another one underneath if necessary), wardrobe and bookshelves. Full nice bathroom for second room. Kitchen and service area with washing machine and tender.
Half of second floor is a big living area with built-in beautiful furniture for books and ornaments. Wooden floors, sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table and winery. Toilette. The other half of the floor is a terrific terrace including great views, barbecue and your own swimming pool.
