Built in 1939, this centrally located duplex offers 4 bedrooms with queen size beds in each room. Downstairs, a sofa bed is offered in the living room. The space will accommodate 12 overnight guests. The 2 full bathrooms upstairs offer a newly renovated custom tiled walk in shower. You will also find two half bathrooms downstairs for your convenience. Downstairs you will find that the home has been stylistically furnished in equestrian decor from the living room, dining room and kitchen. Washer and dryer are in the basement for your convenience. Amazing Lexington Game Weekend Getaway!

We stayed with 4 kids (ages 11/13)& 4 adults for a Kentucky football game weekend. The duplex was newly renovated beautifully and had all the comforts and amenities needed for a perfect weekend stay! It was well decorated with tasteful nods to Kentucky’s horse traditions. They provided thoughtful extras like coffee, toothpaste, & packaged snacks like granola bars. New appliances and all the linens and utensils you would need. Air conditioning in all rooms. Full bathroom upstairs,1/2 bath downstairs. 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch in each unit made it perfect for our 2 families to stay right next to each other but still have separate spaces. The shared front porch had 2 porch swings to meet for our morning coffee and the shared backyard is great for evening horseshoes and s’mores in the firepit. There were pretty trees in the backyard which is fenced in for a bit of privacy and had ample parking in a graveled area. They even had outdoor plugs for electric cars! Such a great backyard area to have fun and enjoy the beautiful weather we had! The property is about a half mile from Kroger field (15 min walk) to that and surrounding areas on or near UK campus. I can’t say enough about the communication of our host Emily! She emailed us right when we said we’d be arriving to make sure we had everything we needed, which we did & more! Everything was easy to access & everything was provided that we needed. Highly recommend for families/friends looking for a comfortable, fun getaway!
