Newly renovated country style home w/ huge backyard, only 7m to Sea World!

Family friendly newly renovated country style home in a quiet neighborhood close by Sea World and lots of shopping and restaurants on the fastest growing side of town!
Main Room:
- Kitchen, dining and living room space
- Sofa with a pull-out Ottoman, cozy up and watch a movie or easily sleep two adults
- Dining table that seats eight
- Board games for adults or the family in the coat closet
- Stereo (3-channel) audio system integrated with large HDTV
- 36" gas cooktop and convection oven/air fryer for the chefs among y'all
- Toddler plates, cups and utensils as well as a high chair (by request) and silicone bibs to use
- Coffee bar with drip or (large) French press also with an electric kettle and electric coffee grinder
- Pots, pans, knives, cooking utensils, toaster, panini press, blender and more for use
- ...and a microwave
Backyard:
- HUGE open space, whole lot is a quarter acre large
- 24 foot long by 12 foot deep cedar deck, plenty of room for a gathering
- Outdoor speaker system you can stream music to over Wi-Fi
- Very well lit with string lights around the backyard to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars at night (which are big and bright as we say... clap x4)

Why they chose this property

Villages of Westcreek has maintained it's secluded feeling even though the area around has been booming for the past few years. Now we get to keep that and enjoy a major theme park, your pick of grocery stores (there's like four H-E-Bs within ten minutes) as well as restaurants and plenty of stores to shop at. Lackland Air Force Base isn't far or cozy little Old Town Helotes, even downtown is a fairly straight shot if you want to see the River Walk or the Pearl.

What makes this property unique

We have one of the largest lots in the whole neighborhood, even better is we share little fence line with neighbors. We love the backyard and wanted to make sure there's a nice big deck to spread out on, that the whole place is well lit at night and the kiddos have somewhere to play and plenty of room to run. On the inside we've spent a lot of time and effort modernizing the home for a farmy-country style. When we bought this house originally we had a vision, and while we have realized a big part of it there's still so much more we want to bring to y'all for the best stay we can offer.
