So nice to have three bedrooms and three bathrooms, each with its own shower. We had a great stay here. Good restaurants and coffee/tea house just a block away. People living in the adjacent public park, in cars in parking lot nextdoor, and in tents on the beach, but we never had any interaction with them. Pier is nearby but was closed with a locked gate. I’d stay again.

Ocean Front and Walkable to Everything

Had a wonderful 2 weeks waking up to the ocean, walking to restaurants and bars and the dog beach. Perfectly located.

Beautiful view, spacious and clean condo right near the sand. We were in the heart of the beach grunge community with many interesting characters walking around. Within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and grocery store. Highly recommend gelato at the Electric Company.

The place has in a good location. But under the flight path of the airport. I was awoken every morning about 7:30 by the plans taking off. The unit is two stories the elevator goes to the top floor but not to the lower floor. Since I have knee problems I used the upstairs bedroom which is not an en-suite. The lower floor had the adjoining baths to the bedrooms. Overall the place was well equipped but we never got hot water in the kitchen. The balcony was nice to enjoy the view and meals.

Easy beach days

Location is awesome, it’s San Diego so there’s homeless all over. It was minimal around the property and they were quiet. Just some beach bums on government money. Super easy beach access and the place was fine for a short term stay. The master needs to have a king bed instead of a queen, the bed upstairs was very uncomfortable my only complaint

Overall, very nice. Could use more pots and pans. The sofa is very uncomfortable. I could not get the garbage code to unlock, I had to climb the fence to throw out the trash, I would suggest Swiffer or mop, after the rain we had no way to clean the patio, 1/2 the blinds would not open. (Left side) we could not open the patio doors as the picture shows.

End of 2024 family vacation

Pros:Spacious place with oceanview, with 3 br and 3 bathGreat location, close to the dog beach and restaurants Fast response from the PM teamCons:The location is close to the airport, and you can hear the planes clearly at night. There are a bunch of homeless people in the parking lot right next to the peoperty that you can hear them yell early in the morning sometimes.Parking garage is tooooooo tight. Very basic household supplies are provided. For example, there is no laundry detergent.
