This home backs up directly to open desert wilderness and has unobstructed views of Pusch Ridge’s Sky Island. Riverfront Park with volleyball courts and playgrounds is literally in your backyard. We are minutes from international golf destinations including the Ritz-Carlton and The Gallery. Easy access to #TheLoop, Tucson’s bike trail that follows the CDO Wash and goes all the way to Tucson’s vibrant east side.
The house features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an open floor plan, a pool table, multiple smart TVs, a fireplace, an outdoor fire lounge, a coffee bar, and a fully stocked kitchen. An HOA pool and spa is available for smaller groups of 8 or fewer (see house rules).

Exterior:
Enter your desert retreat in a nice, upscale suburban neighborhood with well-kept homes. The neighborhood is adjacent to open desert, and it is common to see and hear javelinas (a large desert pig), jackrabbits, cactus wrens, quail, coyotes, and even bobcats.
Our backyard features oleander trees for added privacy, a shade tree, and a propane fire pit (guests must refill propane if it is empty). The backyard offers stunning, unobstructed mountain views of Pusch Ridge and backs directly onto the CDO Wash, which occasionally has water. A gate in the yard provides access to the desert, allowing quick passage to Lambert Riverfront Park.
Desert landscaping in the area includes saguaros, mesquite, palo verde, prickly pear, and cholla. The homeowners association (HOA) pool and spa is just five doors down, as well as overflow parking if you have more than three vehicles.
Inside:
Walk inside to a spacious open living room on your right, and stairs to your left. The upgraded house features new luxury vinyl tile throughout and a modern grey paint color. The fireplace in the living room is decorated with flagstone. You’ll find a professional 8-ft. pool table with plenty of space to play.
Off the living room is a small nook with board games, mountain views, and a coffee station. Walk into the remodeled kitchen, with a powder room off to the side. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities and appliances you’ll need to enjoy the home and prepare great meals.
The kitchen opens into a family room with a large TV and a comfortable couch. The garage offers parking for one car and a small gym so you can get your groove on in the morning!
Upstairs, you’ll find all the bedrooms along with a full bathroom shared by three of them. One bedroom and the master bedroom have stunning million-dollar mountain views—also visible from the master bathroom shower.
The master suite has an en suite bathroom and a separate vanity area for the ladies. All bedrooms feature king beds.
Office Space:
Calling all teleworkers! Our home features dedicated office space in the master suite and the bedroom facing the mountains—enjoy the priceless views! The backyard patio is shaded most of the day if you prefer to work outside, surrounded by fresh desert air and mountain vistas.
Comfort:
All rooms feature blackout curtains for a peaceful night’s rest. All beds include 100% cotton sheets and 100% cotton blankets (duvets are microfiber). All bedding is white—don’t trust vacation rentals that don’t use white bedding!
The master bathroom features a massage setting on the shower. The home is energy-efficient, with blow-in insulation in the walls and ceiling. Mattresses are medium-firm, fiberglass-free, and relatively new. The house also features an Ecobee thermostat.
Conservation:
Our home includes several eco-friendly features. We minimize plastic waste with our bathroom supplies. The house is newer construction. We recycle and expect guests to do the same.

• We offer a great selection of board games, poker chips, and card games. There's also a firepit/BBQ (if the propane tank is empty, guests must refill it; charcoal is not provided).
