Beautiful and peaceful oceanfront 2,200 square foot condo on no-drive portion of the beach in Ponce Inlet. Well appointed end unit offers ocean views from expansive windows on 2 sides, allowing you to enjoy each sunrise. Each of the 3 bedrooms is ensuite with the Master including a soaking tub, walk-in shower and 7 x 6.5 foot walk-in closet. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper sofa to sleep up to 8. Unit has a large living room and an additional large family room, each with cable TV. The dining room can seat 8. Other features include wifi, in unit full-size washer and dryer, beautiful tile floors throughout, 3 pools, of which 1 is heated, each with a hot tub, a well equipped gym with sauna, tennis court, rec. room with pool table and 24 hour security. Unit includes beach chairs for 4, an umbrella and beach cart for your enjoyment. Unit is 2 doors down from Racing’s North Turn, a top-ten Florida oceanfront restaurant/bar with nightly live music.

The "Towers at Ponce Inlet" is a large oceanfront condominium community with six 7 story buildings located where NASCAR first held car races on the sandy beach of Ponce Inlet. Prized by its residents for it's relaxed lifestyle, Ponce Inlet is a quaint seaside town nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and Halifax River just 10 miles south of Daytona Beach, Florida. The historic Ponce DeLeon Lighthouse and jetty, marks the entrance from the ocean to the inland waterways where surfers, boaters, and anglers enjoy the waters abundant with fish and dolphin. The traffic free beach and parks with nature boardwalks, make walks and bike rides enjoyable by all. The Marine Science Center and restaurants with live music are all part of this small town's charm.

The Towers at Ponce Inlet is a gated community with 3 oceanfront pools, exercise room, secured underground parking for one vehicle, tennis courts,and more. This community is monthly minimum rental from the 1st of each month to the last day of the month.
