About this property

This 3 bedroom condo is a bit of paradise on earth. The unit has two master bedrooms with walk in closets and private bathrooms. Third bedroom has room for sleeping, and built in desk for office use. 3 Tvs One is in the master bedroom, one in the family room beachside and the third LARGE SCREEN TV is in the front family room. The kitchen and dining area and 2nd family room all have access to view of ocean, as well as each master bedroom also have walk in walk out sliding doors. The kitchen is equipped and opens into family room for dining. Either of the family rooms can be converted into a 4th bedroom. The reason this condo is PRIME is the ease of walking out onto patio, and heading out to the beach...or the pool. no elevator ride, just a gate away. We are required to have a 30 day minimum. (HOA requirement) Please note that if keys are lost, we may charge $150.

Excellent property and location

Condo was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen. Furniture could use a little updating but nothing terrible. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great stay!

The location of this condo would be hard to improve as it faces directly to ocean and is just above the beach. Two of the three bedrooms as well one of the family rooms has views and access directly to ocean. The condo is well equipped and has interesting decor and furnishings. Though the cleanliness of the condo was an issue initially, once we did some deep cleaning we were very happy to be there. When we shared concerns with the owners, they were very quick to respond and address the issues. We would stay here again.

Hi! We enjoy this property so much that we are renovating it with new kitchen, flooring, lighting, paint, and a new kitchen island for increased family togetherness! The master shower has been remodeled with Jacuzzi and we know it will be a fun place for couples or families or travelers! We live in Orlando and when not rented, we will be there!

Why they chose this property

We love the direct access to the beach from 3 sets of sliding doors off of the back of the condo. Also, when you head out the doors, there is a nice patio with chairs and table, and a grassy area for the kids to play. To the left is one of the 3 pools, and it is all so very convenient to enjoy the beach, the ocean, the pool, and the relaxing areas.

What makes this property unique

Direct access to the beach and not using elevators! Best for kids! Just get out to the beach and run and roam all day! The white sandy beaches are great, and there are no cars driving on the beach. Close to restaurants, and 7-11 and ice cream shop!
