I am from the neighbor state of Georgia where i am the owner of the famous Triple N Ranch.
We raise and sell barrel racing horses.

I have been a frequent visitor to the Ponce Inlet area for many years.

2020 I came for a short visit and made the decision this is where I want to retire.

I purchased my first condo at the Blue Surf.
I now own 6 rental properties which i have completely remolded.

My goal is to share with others the adventures and beauty of the most hidden gem in Florida.

Why they chose this property

Ponce Inlet is the hidden gem of Florida.
With miles of trails with wildlife and awesome seafood restaurants.
The no drive beach is a huge benefit to families with children.
The short drive or walk to the Beautiful Ponce Inlet Lighthouse is a must, and grab a delicious fresh seafood meal at several
Amazing restaurants, oceanfront or intercoastal.
