Great place to stay right in the beach. Love the condo layout, very roomy and left like I was at home. Location is convenient access to entertainment around Daytona Beach. Would definitely stay her again once the new pool is finished.

Great amenities in condo. You could just come to beach and all you need (chairs umbrella, toys, etc) were provided. Very nice interior with garage parking provided.

Race trip with friends

It was a great place for us to stay for the races. Everything was just like the description said, kitchen was well stocked, bath rooms, living room were great. We really enjoyed the balcony drinking coffee in the morning and watching the sun rise. We though about camping but we're glad we found this place.

Absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay here. Very clean, comfortable beds, AMAZING view 😍 it was very convenient that beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and towels were all supplied, one less thing you have to worry about packing. The pool was nice, never to packed, the beach was clean. The host Gary got back to me fast with any questions I had. Definitely recommend staying here!

Family Vacation

We loved the location. Everything was as said to be. The only draw back would be that the elevator was slow and one did not work while we were there. Not a real big deal since we were on the 3rd floor. Pool was nice and the ocean was just wonderful. Will definitely come back to this unit again. The unit was clean and well decorated.

The condo had everything we needed with all the comforts of home. The entire living space was as advertised and more. Everything we needed was provided. All you need is a swimsuit for the beach and pool. The property overall is well maintained. I would recommend this condo and hope to return very soon.

Perfect Family Vacation

Condo was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The only issue we noted was one chair on the balcony was broken, but we just didn't use that one as there were three others. Great week of vacation. One other caveat; if you drive a Suburban, the parking spot in the garage is difficult to get into, lol. We ended up using the outside parking for most of the trip when it was available.

Had an amazing week staying at the condo. Views were amazing, especially the sunrises! Condo was perfect for what we needed. Only complaint was our friends said the beds in the guest room were extremely uncomfortable. Other then that, it was absolutely perfect. The area was nice and quiet, beaches weren’t packed and so many good restaurants in the area. Thank you for the wonderful week!

No pool no balcony no communication

The post said that the pool would be open May 15. The pool was closed when we got there on May 26 all week. The balcony was also closed all week that said would be open on the post 15 April. Beach access is also closed. The room was clean. The construction was all week on my balcony and started at 7:45 AM till 5:30 PM even on the weekend. Overall, not happy with stay. Would not book again.

It’s a perfect little spot

The storm did a lot of damage so there is no beach access from the building with the construction going on, that is the hurricane discount. You have to go to the neighbors and jump the fence that is chained shut or go to the public beach to get access. It is in a very good spot. Bring your own shampoo and soap.

Loved the property, loved the location. We just did like the check in and check out part. We can’t check in until 4:00 pm but the office is closed at 4:00 pm. Check out was the same, nobody there. The office personnel could have been more informative
