Great house! We will be back!

The house was fantastic. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for two families. We spent most of the time in the wonderful pool. The spa was a great bonus! We come to this location at least once a year and have finally after 4 yrs found a house we want to rent everytime we visit. Thank you for the great memories!

Outstanding

The house was perfect for our sisters weekend. Enjoyed the pool. The a/c quit working and made a call at 4:30pm on a Friday. Someone was there at 5:10pm to fix the a/c. I was impressed. Highly recommend this vacation home.

Reservation cancelled by owner

Horrible experience and had my reservation cancelled by the owner just a couple months before my stay. Everything was booked by then.

There was hurricane damage and we notified the guest that we would need to move them to a different property over 6 months prior to their stay, plenty of time to find other options. We offered them very similar properties that they declined and chose to cancel, perfectly fine. They should not have even been able to leave a review but it was old guidelines. They never stayed in the home and the home had hurricane damage.

Bad AC

Propery was nice. Always having to heat the hot tub was nagging. The pool was nice. The AC in house never cooled down until around 3am. They did responde quickly with individual room AC. Very nice neighborhood easy walk to beach. Great food local

Hello and thank you for taking the time to provide Oceans Luxury Realty with your honest feedback! I'm sorry to hear that our property did not meet your expectations. All hot tubs have to be heated when it wants to be used. There are no hot tubs that constantly run and if they did it would be a terrible waste of electricity. We came to inspect the AC multiple times and every time the temperature in the home read 72 degrees and we checked every room. Even still we brought you some temporary ACs for additional cooling. Given all of these factors, we don't feel your review was a fair review of the property.

The pool sold me on this property—it was fantastic! We had some issues with the AC. It was perfect on the side with the main bedroom but extremely hot on the other side of the house. The glass doors on the Florida room were in full sun all day, heating up the house. We had to shuttle everyone to and from the beach. It was a 10-12 minute walk and was just too hot to walk hauling beach errands. Overall I really enjoyed it. It would have been helpful to have had a book of instructions listing when the lawn people and the pool main guy were coming so we could have prepared better (clean all the toys and stuff out of the pool before he came)

40th anniversary

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was effected by a cold snap of weather which no one could control. November is usually very warm. The house was nicely appointed, there was plenty of room to spread out with children. Beautifully updated, very clean, modern appliances. The pool and hot tub and back yard are gorgeous! Our complaints are minimal. The beds need to be replaced. There are concave spots in the mattresses where people have sleeped. We wished the hot tub would have been hot when we arrived, that would have been a nice touch. There were no instructions on the hot tub or pool. We also wished the pool would have been heated. Too cold to swim in. We would have liked to cover hot tub at night to keep it hot. The house is close to allot of nice places to eat, and close to family beaches. Beautiful neighborhood. We would come back!

Hello and thank you for taking the time to provide Oceans Luxury Realty with your honest feedback! I'm delighted to hear that you and your family had a great time at in this property! To save energy, we do not pre-heat the hot tub but does heat up quickly when a guest desires to use it. We also often clean a house a day or two prior to a guest's arrival that way an early check-in is available when possible. We do not list the pool as heated so we hope to give guests a realistic expectation when booking the property. The home was remodeled in 2019, only a few months before your stay so all of the mattresses are brand new as well as a majority of the furniture. So glad you all have a wonderful stay together!

Ponce Inlet property

We were completely disappointed in the fact that the hot tub and pool were not heated as they should’ve been (We paid extra for the pool to be heated...yes we got that amount refunded because it was not heated... but overall we only got a very minimal discount per day for the hot tub not being heated nor working as well); we were told repeatedly that the hot tub was available to use... I reconfirmed multiple times before I booked the property. I honestly feel that the owners and property managers hold the responsibility to ensure that they provide what they advertise; to ensure that all things were working before we even entered the home; we have an adult daughter with some disabilities that really needed at least the hot tub ... that’s why we chose this property (again we were under the impression that the pool would be heated as well but it was not either). We were three days in to our six night stay before to get a verbal offer as to what our options were... as to what they would offer us to either leave or to take a credit and stay; to be honest it was the day before Christmas Eve, and with our daughter’s disabilities it was more work time wise and emotionally to consider moving at that point!! In addition there were some items in the home that we’re not up to our expectations (we do have pictures If the property managers want more details).

Hello and thank you for taking the time to provide Oceans Luxury Realty with your honest feedback! I'm sorry to hear that our property did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the pool and hot tub heating issue. We had checked it prior to your arrival and it was working perfectly fine. The home owners had even used it about a week prior to your arrival themselves. We aren't sure what caused it to suddenly stop working but the repair person suspects it was the sudden cold front. As you mentioned, we did completely refund the cost you incurred to heat the pool but we also included an additional refund for the inconvenience. Once you contacted us again 3 nights into your stay to convey your disappoint in the heater even after the refund, we understood the special circumstance surrounding your daughter's condition and did offer you options of different properties to move to that would accomodate your family size and had heated pools. You chose not to move to those options so we offered you an additional credit for a future stay. Unfortunately, like in any property maintenance issues can and will arise unexpectedly. However, given all the remedies we provided we feel did everything possible to turn the situation around for you. We find it unfortunate that you are still unsatisfied and then left a negative review on this property in retaliation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There's so much to say but let me start with the rental company . There is nothing these people won't do for you and they are the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with or speaking with ! The house ! Omg the house ! Imaculate ! So clean and comfortable , everything you could possibly need or want with only one small request ..more umbrellas out back by the pool , something to escape the sun while still being able to sit outside would have just been the extra icing on the already massive cake ! My best friend of 43 years got married to her high school sweetheart just down the road on the beach , there were 8 of us girls that flew in from Ohio and it was the time of our lives ! I will definitely be back and rent from these wonderful people again !!! Thank you so much !
