This is a wonderful place to stay, plus it is pet friendly. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The building had every amenities that you could think of. From those with pets having a fenced in dog area, to the people who like to workout having a full gym including a sauna. The heated pool and hot tub were great and having access to the beach out the back of the building was a very convenient. The big bonus was the parking garage, which was nice for keeping your car out of the heat of the sun.

Great family vacation rental

Beach or Pool…tough decision? lol.Seriously, the condo was warm, cozy and clean with all the amenities you could ask for. We wanted an upscale quiet getaway and it delivered! Definitely give it an A. The heated pool, the gym, location are all positives!

AMAZING! The condo is in a great location and is CLEAN, modern, neat, and spacious! The balcony is huge and has very comfortable furnishings. The kitchen had everything we needed, as we cooked almost every night. Having large TVs in each room was also awesome. The condo was super quiet and very peaceful. We enjoyed the nicely heated pool and great hot tub. Having a ramp to the beach was perfect for us. Dennis and Linda were lovely hosts and met us at the condo to explain everything and give us the full tour at check-in… including a pizza place recommendation that was spot-on! Thank you! We were there to celebrate my mom and dad’s 80th birthdays and had a wonderful time creating memories. Thanks for a great vacation in your beautiful home! We will rent here again when we come back to Daytona!

The property was a very nice, large space that accommodated our family well. We really liked all of the amenities, parking and the security of the location. Dennis and Tammy are excellent hosts. They were extremely helpful and courteous and quick to respond to any issues or questions we had. Definitely recommend this property and these hosts!! Great experience.
