Awesome 6th Story View Of The Ocean, Pool And Beach

Vast view of the wide Sandy beach, and miles of Ocean full of boats, birds, and swimmers, both human, fish and dolphins. NO TRAFFIC allowed.

The building contains a fabulous lobby, a large and elegant club room, well-equipped gym, a library and a pool room. The pool is surrounded by adequate lounges, chairs and umbrellas!

The area contains a variety of restaurants and clubs. Seafood is abundant. The race fans are at home in the area with the Daytona race track within a 30-minute drive. In fact, the original Nascar race took place on this very beach. The northbound leg was on the beach and the Southbound was on the road. The 'Northturn Restaurant' marks the spot where the north turn was.

Great beach and ocean views

This condo has a fantastic view of the beach and the ocean sunrise from the sixth floor balcony. Very nice 2-bedroom with plenty of room and amenities like the excerise room and pool area. Very peaceful complex and everyone is friendly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year.

Our host, Mr. Harold, is the absolute BEST!!! We could not have asked for a better beach experience. We loved the location and the exceptional view of the ocean/beach. Fantastic location

The condo is very comfortable with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Harold was very nice and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Check in process was easy. The view from the 6th floor oceanfront condo was great. Will definitely consider returning.

Loved the balcony overlooking ocean! Slept with glass door open and could hear the waves lull me to sleep. Woke up to sunrise! No complaints. Had everything you need!

Very beautiful property

Very beautiful property and very well kept. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed plus some. Working with Mr. Harold was an absolute pleasure. He is truly one of the most amazing host we’ve ever had and we travel a lot. He is so easy to work with and he helped us so much. We stayed at the condo for a month while doing hurricane cleanup work with our son and nephew and Mr. Harold was absolutely amazing to all of us while we were there. When we’re in the area again, we will definitely stay at Mr. Harold’s condo.

A Piece of Heaven

We are a retired couple that live in Florida and we were looking for a beach get away. Found this gem on the web site and booked it. From the moment we booked we received excellent communication with the owner and felt very welcomed. When we arrived and opened the door my husband and I thought we had stepped into a piece of heaven. The view that you see as soon as you open the door is gorgeous! When you enter the master bedroom you’re met with that same beautiful view. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable. All the appliances worked great and the common areas of the building were also very well maintained. Best of all was the balcony that we started our day on watching the ocean, the beach, and the dolphins. Then we’d end the day on that same balcony after a day at the beach and pristine pool area. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful, beautiful, comfortable get away, this is it. Thank you Harold. We loved it and will be back.
