Oakland dream

This apartment was just as it is in the pictures. The neighborhood is being revidalized. You can park in the driveway or on the street. Felt safe. Had great communication with renting agent. We drove into San Fran to the wharf, went shopping, took ferry to alcatraz, did the trolley ride, had lunch at the brewery near Ghirardelli choc. Drove to the muir forest to see the redwood trees. Make sure you have reservation before going to this park.

Great accomodatuon CAUTION location

Superb refurb on this very mofern apartment HOWEVER 2 white women in a neighbourhood that we felt was NOT reflective or accurate as per disclaimer. 3 shops when you walk out of West Oakland Station 2 of the 3 we felt v intimidated and unsafe with gangs outaide AND inside trying to converse. We reported a specific incident to the owner who replied with "thanks for reaching out, check our disclaimer" we loved our stay when inside. Modern, clean, everything you need. We however spent 5 days calling lyfts and spending unnecessarily due to the safetly aspect.
