Close to everything

The home suited what we needed it to do. Does need some changes. Ceiling lights would of been nice in rooms not just plug in lamps, that the outlets are super loose and struggled to keep the lamp plugged in. Mattress is very firm and not comfortable at all in the bunch bed/full bed room. The other beds family said were ok, not great needs some minor cosmetic changes. Location was great, it worked for what we needed just did not sleep well at all.

I do not recommend this listing for rental as I was shocked to find it so egregiously substandard. There was a hefty cost to renting this house and cleanliness is a reasonable expectation. The floors were sticky and had hairs caked in the substance in certain spots. There was remains of a dripped substance down the living room wall, the television, the bedroom I slept in. The floors were so dirty we all wore our shoes the whole time. The kitchen has an ant infestation. It was a very unpleasant experience and we left a day early. The property company offered to send people out to clean the following day we arrived but there was so much that needed to be cleaned that their cleaners would have been there all day. Stay away from this one.
