Not the greatest

The stay was not the greatest. The house was nice and in a good neighborhood and location. However, the house has problems. It lists air conditioning on the amenities, however, there was no air conditioning. When we returned to the house the thermostat gave us an error message saying it has been running but the temperature continues to increase. On the back porch I could see where the air conditioner was suppose to be however the electrical, compressor line and condensation line had been cut and there was no air conditioner. The bathroom sinks would not drain well. Also, their was no hot water in any of the sinks. If you had the shower running it would then produce hot water for the sinks. Interestingly enough, when you would turn the shower off, the water that was then hot in the sinks would begin to get cold.

The host was very accessible during our whole stay. The cottage was spotless and cozy. Neighborhood was very quiet for being that far "in" the city! Definitely recommend this host and this property.

Nice, Clean, and Well-Maintained Home in a Quiet Neighborhood

This is an older home that has been completely remodeled. It was nicely equipped and very clean. The neighborhood seems fine and is not too far from downtown Indy. The managers were great to work with. The only (minor) issue experienced was a somewhat flaky Wi-Fi connection. I recommend this property.
