The Duplex is minutes away from downtown monument circle, located in the diverse neighborhood of Holy Cross. The home is distinguished by skilled craftsmanship that you will find in historical homes. The Duplex has been remodeled for short term guest strictly. Unfortunately due to weather, the outside of the place has not been painted yet.

3 bedroms 2 bath room. Living room, dining room, kitchen and 1 bathroom are on the ground level . All 3 bed rooms and 1 bathroom are located on the second level. The space is trimed out in a beautiful red wood with glory pillars dividing the living room and dining room. Art work in just about every room. The kitchen has brand new granite countertops. The main bath room (up stairs) is done in a must see porcelain.

Little far to walk to downtown. But there are awesome little breweries nearby. Driving to downtown was close. You could get ann electric scooter if you chose. Appeared to be a nice neighborhood we had no problem. I would stay here again. Plenty of parking at the house.

This place was perfect for the four of us dudes who were in town for the B1G championship game. it's in a good little neighborhood with plenty of interesting food choices nearby, and it's pretty fast to get downtown when you need to. Another bonus was that everyone got a queen sized bed. Entry was also easy, and we had everything we needed once we were there. Make sure to bring some travel shampoo/body wash and you'll be all set. Thanks again for a great stay.

The kitchen lacked enough, dishes, tableware, etc. for a house designed eight. No pans to bake pizza, etc. Had to wash towels twice. However, the house clean and beds very comfortable. Host added pact and play and high chair for 10 month old. I would suggest you look under sofa and beds. The baby rolled a ball under the sofa and when we got down to get there were beer cans and food packages under the furniture. Wine bottles under in one room. BUF, over all we would definetly stay again. Susan

Cozy home

Communication was clear and all info was in line, much appreciated organization. Everything was great and as described, it’s an old home with tons of character in a great residential area. house was clean and tidy, we had zero issues. It’s a little further from the stadium downtown because there are a lot of road closures and detours but that was not an issue for us. Parking is easy and plenty of space for your family to be comfortable here. The bedrooms are small but that’s common in older homes. They chose to put bigger beds in and I think that is a great choice! Definitely recommend this home

The property is a short drive to downtown. Parking was available on the street and pad behind the house. The house is old and has charm but it has some cracks in the walls and some of the upgrades are done on a budget. The house had smell of smoke and some dirt and dusk around the house. Overall it’s a cheaper option for people visiting the city.
