The spacious 4 bedroom 3 full bath home is located 5.6 miles from Lucas Oil Stadium and minutes from Irvington shopping and eateries. Lots of space in the kitchen. And two living room areas. There is a very strict policy of no parties, no smoking, and no pets. No outside guest are allowed on site except those noted on your reservation.

The home was more beautiful than in the pictures! It had so much character and it was very clean. The weather was great and we used the driveway to play cornhole. The porch was lovely. We would stay here again. Brenda was terrific!

Great location less than 10 minute drive to downtown Indianapolis. Our host Brenda was amazing at communicating with us. The house was pristine and very comfortable. Kitchen had the basic amenities, but that was more than enough for our group. Will definitely stay again when visiting Indianapolis!

This property was perfect for our needs. Plenty of seating areas. The house was very clean and neat. Our host, Brenda, was excellent in communicating. Neighbors were kind. The only thing we would’ve liked was a microwave to warmup food and a washer/dryer to do laundry. Thank you!

Great place to stay. Close to downtown, affordable, plenty of room. Bring your own coffee or plan o getting coffee when out. If you plan on staying long there is no washer and dryer so pack plenty of clothes options.
