The space:
This stunning 3-bed, 2.5-bath townhome spans three stories of updated living space. The main floor boasts an open-concept design, featuring a sleek kitchen with a central island perfect for entertaining. Ascend to the second floor where you'll find two sizeable bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms offers a king bed and a dedicated workspace and the other bedroom offers a queen bed with the added luxury of a private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The third floor is dedicated to the primary suite, complete with vaulted ceilings and a full bathroom.

We have thought of everything you could need for a great stay in Indianapolis. From beautiful decor to plush mattresses, you will be staying in comfort while visiting our great city. Please note that you will be staying in one-half of the duplex. Although completely private, you are sharing a wall with another unit.

The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking essentials including basic cooking oils and spices. Our bathrooms have towels for each guest and some other essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and make-up remover wipes.

This home also includes a detached one-car garage and there is free street parking available in front of the home.

We have a no smoking or vaping policy — we charge a $200 fee if this policy is disregarded.

You are renting the left unit of a duplex. It's completely private and only accessible to your party. Upon booking, we'll provide you with a unique access code that works on the front and back doors.

We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all bathrooms—as well as an emergency kit for other personal essentials.

We provide both coffee and k-cups with creamer & sugar. You can find kitchen utensils and well as some basic oils, seasonings, and paper plates in the kitchen.

There is an air mattress available with extra sheets & pillows in the King bedroom closet.
