This home was nice and cozy. It was very clean. The location was very convenient, as you are able to walk to the city for events and food. This was perfect for our trip to Indianapolis for the big ten basketball tournament. It was nice to have a full kitchen. About a mile walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, or a couple minute uber. Neighborhood was quiet a close walk to trendy coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely do again for our next trip to Indy.

Nicely Decorated and Close to Downtown

This was a nice place that was located close to all the local amenities downtown. Very nice and quiet area. Very well appointed. The air mattress works like most other air mattresses we have used and does tend to let out some air through the night. Oberall, it was a very nice stay!!

Why they chose this property

This property is perfectly located in Indianapolis to get to all of the most popular venues life Lucas Oil Stadium, The Conference center, Bankers Life Arena, Fountain Square, and down town. Everything is within2.5 miles. Speedway (where the Indy raceway is) is about 10 minute drive. Easy access (less than a half mile) to Highway, and tons of eateries. This home is very well situated to see/get to all things Indy.

What makes this property unique

What makes our place unique is the location but also the decor, amenities and most of all VALUE that we offer. We you not find a place in Indy that is nicer, more comfortable, or close to everything, for the price. Period. Give us a try and you will see for yourself.

Outdoor living in front and back as well as grill and firepit. All of the amenities you would need or want while travelling. We also have dedicated office space for the business traveler.
