Whether you soak up the gorgeous sunshine from the pool (14' x 30'), beach or decks, you're sure to love this home with its spectacular water views and all it has to offer. Sound views and sound access.
The small relaxing touches you find in this home will fill you with pleasure during your stay. This home is equipped with WiFi and 6 flat screen TVs. Great media room with a dedicated flat screen television just for the Playstation II game system, mini fridge and access to the pool courtyard. A great "hang out" space for kids. If you are a reader, a bright sunroom offers a quiet, hide-a-way spot perfect for reading (or napping). If your idea of relaxing is the outdoors, the ample top floor decking that wraps around 3/4 of the home will provide you with breathtaking views of the sound or a moment of peace with your morning cup of coffee. Maybe just relax in the porch swing any time of the day. Just a short stroll to the beach (440 yards) for that day in the sun with beach cart provided.
